Michigan Medicine requires that all account users use a two-factor authentication system called Duo. Two-factor authentication is a second layer of security.
More information about two-factor authentication and installing Duo can be found in the Access and Setup Guide on the PGIP Support page.
MDC will send you an email containing your University of Michigan username and call you with your Level-1 password. You can then complete the setup steps found in the Access and Setup Guide, including setting up Duo.
Each time you log in to the Reporting site, you will enter your username and Level-1 password. You will also receive a Duo two-factor authorization request that you must approve for access.Manage Passwords
Your Level-1 password is used to access BCBSM PGIP Interactive Reporting site.
The University of Michigan recommends you change your password at least once a year.
